    Q: How do you invoice?
    A: I invoice once a month due by the 10th of the following month.

    Q: Do I have to sign a contract?
    A: No contracts, no long-term obligation. Month-to-month basis.

    Q: How will I know how many hours will be billed?
    A: When I complete your first month of service.

    Q: How will I get the information to Bookkeeper and More?
    A: Several Ways:

    • Meet at your location, or another location
    • Mail or Federal Express
    • Courier

    (some charges may apply)

    Q: How long does it take to set up QuickBooks at my location?
    A: That will depend on several things:

    • What version of QuickBooks are you setting up?
    • Are you going to need some training?
    • Do you need any data entry done?

    I will be happy to speak with you and quote an amount and estimate the time involved in setting up QuickBooks.
